For your lash or facial appointment, please come with a clean face free of makeup, oils, or skincare products, as this helps us achieve the best results. Avoid using any eye makeup or waterproof mascara if you're getting lashes. If it's your first visit, you may also want to bring a photo ID and any questions you have about aftercare or the process. Other than that, just bring yourself and get ready to relax!

We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in, and our team will keep you informed if there’s any additional time needed for custom designs.
